This post was great. Do you have a post on what we should do about China? Were you down with Trump's tariffs? I am kinda getting tiered of China critics (Noah Smith) like you and I don't think trade embargoes and starting wars are the answers. My view would be to still side more with China than Russia and get China to be better environmentally (which Russia will never do and the EU will likely help with.) One thing I do agree with Noah Smith about is that we really can't fight both China and Russia at the same time on a whole range of issues, so my thinking is side with China, weaken Russia, and then consider revisiting Chinese relations in full. If you just want to direct me to a post on how you think the US should handle China please let me know...
